- statutory & regulatory provisions under Companies Act, 2013 and Listing (Obligation & Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations, 2015 with emphasis on provisions concerning Directors
- statutory & regulatory provisions relating to Corporate Governance
- statutory & regulatory provisions relating to Insider Trading Regulations
